Our focus is on growth equity investing. We strategically invest in companies with proven business models and attractive unit economics. As we invest from the Group’s balance sheet, we are able to invest with more flexibility: across time horizons, across different stages from growth to buyout, and participate as lead or co-investor.

We add value to our portfolio companies by offering them access to the Jebsen Group’s operational expertise in brand-building, marketing, distribution, supply chain and corporate governance, and our deep-rooted networks.

We are also the in-house transaction team of the Jebsen Group across a variety of strategic projects such as M&As, joint ventures, and strategic licensing.
